These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the s baji platform, including all gaming, betting, account, and payment services. Please read this document carefully before registering or placing any wager.
Important Notice: By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the s baji platform at https://s-baji.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the s baji platform. s baji reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Your Account Is Personal
Each s baji account is strictly personal to the registered holder. Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to any other person is prohibited and may result in immediate account closure without refund of any outstanding balance.
Age Verification Required
s baji is strictly an 18+ platform. We reserve the right to request age and identity verification documents at any time. Accounts where the holder is found to be under 18 years of age will be closed immediately, and any funds held may be forfeited.
BDT Transactions Only
All deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and account balances on s baji are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No currency conversion is applied. Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay, as well as selected Bangladeshi bank transfers.
Fair Play Guaranteed
All games available on s baji operate on certified random number generation (RNG) systems. Outcomes are not predetermined, manipulated, or influenced by the platform. Players compete under the same mechanical conditions regardless of deposit level or account history.
Bonus Terms Are Binding

Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document. Where the context so requires, words in the singular include the plural and vice versa.

Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and s baji. By completing the registration process, clicking "I agree", or otherwise accessing or using any part of the s baji platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies or guidelines published on the platform.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register an account, access the platform, or use any of its services. Your continued use of s baji following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. s baji will endeavour to notify registered players of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform, but it remains your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
Governing language: These Terms are written and published in English. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and any translated or paraphrased version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail in all circumstances.
s baji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any aspect of the platform or these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice, subject to applicable legal obligations. Decisions made by s baji under these Terms are final and binding except where they are demonstrably in error or where applicable law provides otherwise.
These Terms apply to all products and services offered on s baji including, without limitation: sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, and other markets), live casino games, slots, Andar Bahar, Triple, Teen Patti, promotional offers, loyalty programmes, and customer support interactions.
Eligibility & Age Restriction
18+ Only. Access to s baji is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. It is illegal for anyone under the age of 18 to register an account, deposit funds, or participate in any gambling activity on this platform. s baji takes underage access with the utmost seriousness and will take all reasonable steps to prevent it.
By registering on s baji, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and will remain so throughout your use of the platform.
- You are registering on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any other person.
- All information you provide during registration and at any subsequent time is accurate, current, and complete.
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and to use the services of s baji under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
- You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where accessing online gambling services is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
- You will not permit any person under the age of 18 to access your s baji account, and you will take reasonable precautions to prevent such access.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an s baji employee, contractor, or director.
s baji reserves the right to require age verification documentation at any point during the account lifecycle — including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or following a review of account activity. Acceptable identity documents include a valid National ID card (NID), passport, or birth registration certificate issued by the relevant Bangladeshi authority. Where age cannot be verified to s baji's satisfaction, the account will be suspended pending resolution. If a player is confirmed to be under 18 years of age, the account will be closed immediately, any real-money balance may be returned to the payment source used for deposit, and any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus activity will be forfeited.
Parents and guardians are strongly encouraged to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing gambling websites. s baji supports industry-standard responsible gaming initiatives and cooperates with relevant organisations to identify and address underage gambling where it is brought to our attention.
Account Registration & Verification
To access the full range of s baji services, you must register a single personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate personal details including your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and preferred payment method. You must not register more than one account per person. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.
Upon registration, you will be required to create a password for your account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. s baji will never contact you by email, chat, or any other channel to ask for your full password or any one-time password (OTP). If you receive such a request claiming to be from s baji, treat it as a phishing attempt and contact our support team at [email protected] immediately.
- You must keep your account credentials confidential and not share them with any other person under any circumstances.
- You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you.
- You must notify s baji immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
- s baji reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time, and to suspend account activity pending successful completion of verification.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or the KYC process is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.
- You must update your account information promptly if any detail changes, particularly your registered mobile number, which is used for OTP authentication and transaction notifications.
Account security tip: s baji strongly recommends enabling OTP-based two-step login verification on your account. This adds a layer of protection by requiring a one-time code sent to your registered Bangladeshi mobile number each time you log in from an unrecognised device.
s baji reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: fraudulent activity is suspected; the account holder violates these Terms; regulatory or legal obligations require it; or the account has been inactive for an extended period as defined in our account management policy.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
s baji processes all deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). There is no currency conversion on the platform. All accepted payment methods are Bangladeshi mobile financial services and domestic bank accounts — specifically bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. International payment methods including credit and debit cards are not currently supported.
The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions on s baji:
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit for Upay and bank transfer is ৳500. These thresholds are subject to change; current minimums are always displayed on the deposit page within your account.
- Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time under normal operating conditions. Processing delays of up to 15 minutes may occur in exceptional circumstances; if a deposit is not credited after 30 minutes, contact support at [email protected] with your transaction reference number.
- Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. Withdrawals to a different payment method than the one used for deposit may require additional KYC verification to prevent financial fraud.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit per transaction for verified accounts, though processing times may vary for large withdrawal amounts.
- Funds in your account that consist partly of a real-money balance and partly of bonus funds will have the bonus portion treated separately. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until associated wagering requirements are fully met.
- s baji does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction fees as per their standard terms, which are beyond s baji's control.
- You may only deposit funds from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including family members — are not permitted and may trigger a KYC review or account suspension.
Withdrawal processing times: Standard withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are processed within 60 minutes during business hours (8am–11pm BST). Withdrawals via bank transfer may take up to 2 business days. Withdrawals requested outside standard hours are processed at the start of the next business period.
s baji reserves the right to withhold or delay a withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect that the transaction is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a violation of these Terms. In such cases, s baji may request additional documentation before releasing the funds. Where a withdrawal is withheld pending investigation and the account is subsequently found to be in good standing, the funds will be released promptly without deduction.
Bonuses & Promotions
s baji offers a variety of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins on selected slots, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with events such as BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Bangladesh Victory Day. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms disclosed at the point of offer, which form part of these Terms & Conditions when accepted.
The following general bonus conditions apply to all s baji promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific offer terms:
- Bonuses are awarded in non-withdrawable bonus funds. They must be converted to real-money balance by meeting the stated wagering requirement before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
- Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the offer terms. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain at the expiry of the wagering period are forfeited without compensation.
- Wagering contributions vary by game type. Sports bets, slots, live casino tables, and card games may each contribute a different percentage toward wagering requirements. These contribution rates are disclosed in the individual promotion terms.
- Bonuses are limited to one per player, household, device, IP address, and payment method, unless the offer terms explicitly state otherwise.
- s baji reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or expire any promotional offer at any time, including in response to widespread misuse or abuse of the offer mechanism.
- Players who are found to have abused bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using automated wagering software, or placing offsetting bets to neutralise risk — may have their bonus cancelled, their winnings forfeited, and their account suspended or closed.
- Bonus funds may only be used on eligible games as specified in the offer. Using bonus funds on excluded games will not contribute to wagering requirements and may result in the bonus being voided.
s baji's promotional calendar is designed to reflect the Bangladeshi sporting and cultural context. BPL cricket promotions, Ramadan cashback offers, and Eid deposit bonuses are examples of promotions specifically created for the Bangladesh market. These are communicated to registered players via email and the promotions section of the platform. It is the player's responsibility to read the full terms of each promotion before claiming it.
Betting & Gaming Rules
All bets placed and games played on s baji are subject to the specific rules of the relevant product, which are accessible from within each game or betting market on the platform. These product-specific rules are incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions. In the event of conflict between product-specific rules and these general Terms, the product-specific rules shall take precedence for that specific product only.
The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on s baji:
- Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the player unless the specific product rules provide for a cash-out or early settlement feature in the applicable market.
- s baji reserves the right to void any bet that was placed, accepted, or settled as a result of a technical error, system fault, odds feed failure, or data error. Where a bet is voided, the stake will be returned to the player's account balance.
- Bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds — including odds that are the result of a data feed error or are materially different from the true market — may be voided at s baji's discretion. Players who knowingly exploit incorrect odds do so in violation of these Terms.
- The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical device to place bets or interact with games on s baji is strictly prohibited. Detection of automated activity will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of associated winnings.
- Collusion between players — including in live poker, live card games, or any multiplayer format — is prohibited. s baji employs monitoring systems to detect collusive patterns and will close accounts where collusion is identified.
- All cricket betting markets on s baji, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, are subject to the cricket-specific betting rules published in the sports section of the platform. These rules govern match result determination, rain interruptions, abandonment, super-overs, and other cricket-specific scenarios.
- Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. Current limits are displayed within each betting market. s baji reserves the right to adjust individual player stake limits based on betting patterns at its discretion.
In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or game, s baji's records of the event shall be the primary source of determination. Where a technical fault affected the display of the game or bet outcome as seen by the player but the platform's server-side records are intact, the server-side records shall be considered definitive. Where server-side records are incomplete or corrupted due to a fault attributable to s baji, the affected bet will be voided and the stake returned.
Responsible Gaming
s baji is firmly committed to responsible gaming and to ensuring that the platform is used exclusively as a form of entertainment by adult players who can afford to participate without financial hardship. Gambling is not a method for generating income, clearing debts, or solving financial problems. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players on s baji, free of charge, and take effect promptly upon activation:
- Deposit limits: Set a maximum amount you may deposit within a rolling 24-hour, 7-day, or 30-day period. Once set, a limit can be reduced immediately but may only be increased after a mandatory cooling-off period of 24 hours.
- Loss limits: Cap the total amount you are willing to lose within a defined rolling period. Loss limits apply across all product categories including sports betting, casino, and slots.
- Session time reminders: Set a reminder notification to appear after a specified duration of continuous play, prompting you to review your activity and take a break if appropriate.
- Cooling-off period: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, login is suspended and no marketing communications will be sent to you.
- Self-exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently exclude yourself from s baji for a minimum period of 6 months. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for the chosen period. During self-exclusion, your account is locked, you will receive no promotional communications, and your personal data will be removed from active marketing lists.
s baji reserves the right to apply responsible gaming measures to an account unilaterally — including placing restrictions on deposits, wagers, or account access — where the platform identifies patterns of behaviour consistent with problem gambling. This may occur without prior notice to the player where immediate action is necessary to prevent serious financial harm. Such actions are taken in good faith and in accordance with our commitment to player welfare.
